The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) is a global research center working to reduce poverty by ensuring that policy is informed by scientific evidence. It was founded and is co-directed by 2019 Economics Nobel Laureates, professors Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo.

This event will cover everything from what J-PAL does with randomized control trials and a research case study to how they build their partnerships and how to get involved.
